🔒 1. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Trading Café is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and utilize registration details provided when requesting software trials or purchasing licenses for the Autonomous Gold Quant Engine.
Information We Collect:
- Personal Contact Information: Full Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp / Phone Number.
- MetaTrader 5 Credentials: MT5 Account Number and Broker Name.
- Hardware Identification (HWID): Unique machine fingerprint key used for single-device licensing authentication.
Strict Use & Zero Misuse Guarantee:
Your registration data is strictly utilized for initial software license generation, HWID machine-locking, and customer setup support. Trading Café DOES NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third-party marketing entities under any circumstances. All registration payloads are processed securely over encrypted HTTPS protocols.
⚠️ 2. High-Risk Investment & Non-Financial Advisory Disclaimer
Trading Café is a software engineering and quantitative technology provider. We DO NOT operate as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or registered broker-dealer.
- Software Tool Only: The Autonomous Gold Quant Engine is an automated algorithmic trading tool designed solely for quantitative analysis and educational execution.
- High Market Risk: Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex) and Gold (XAUUSD) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you.
- No Guaranteed Returns: Historical backtest performance (including Monte Carlo datasets) does not guarantee future results. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Absolute User Responsibility: You retain complete control over your brokerage account, risk parameters, and execution settings at all times.
🍪 3. Cookie Policy
Trading Café uses one functional cookie of its own and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share analytics data with advertisers.
tc_intro_seen(functional, first party): A session cookie set after you first watch the homepage intro animation. It exists only so the intro doesn’t replay on every page you visit, it stores no personal data and is automatically cleared when you close your browser._gaand_ga_<ID>(analytics, Google Analytics 4): Set by Google Analytics on every page to distinguish visitors and sessions, so we can measure page views, traffic sources, device types and approximate location (country or city level). They contain a random identifier, not your name or contact details, and by default expire after up to 2 years. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google processes this data under its own Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Your choice: Google Analytics only runs after you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you click Reject, Google consent mode keeps analytics storage switched off and no _ga cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under tc_consent, and you can change it at any time. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always denied.
You can block or delete these cookies at any time via your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking them does not affect how the site works; the intro animation will simply play again on your next visit.

By checking the agreement box during 7-Day Free Trial registration or Paid Plan order submission, you explicitly acknowledge and confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy and High-Risk Financial Disclaimer in full.
- You consent to the secure collection of your contact details, MT5 account number, and HWID key for software activation purposes.
- You accept full financial responsibility for all trading activities executed on your MetaTrader 5 account.
